What did you order?

NB:  Boca Vegan Burger with carrot sticks

Strawberri:  Cheeseburger & Fries

MareBear:  Turkey Burger with sweet potato fries

K-Ron:  The Royal Robin

kt:  Banzai Burger (Marinated in teriyaki & topped with grilled pineapple, Cheddar cheese, and lettuce) with sweet potato fries and a delicious diet coke with lime!

How would you describe your burger?

NB:  Good

Strawberri:  Good, but it was loud and the waitress did not hear everything I wanted on it.  Not her fault. 

MareBear:  Very good.  Better with the sauce, but I only tried it once.  Fries were awesome!

K-Ron:  Very delicious.  Bacon, cheese, and egg.  Does it get any better?!

kt:  Incredibly unique flavor!  I have never had pineapple on my burger before – and I loved it! 

How delicious was it (1-10)?

NB:  8

Was there anything memorable about the food and/or place?

NB:  Fun with friends and the kids

Strawberri:  The fries were a “10”!  My favorite besides Sportsmans’ Park

MareBear:  Very kid friendly

K-Ron:  My egg on top was perfectly done, it can snag some places up.

kt:  Lots of kids!  We were discussing Lubster’s 40^th Birthday Bash, and the upcoming Conclave.

What did you order?

Master-of-Cow:  Bedda Chedda Bacon Burger

3 Dees:  Bleu Peppercorn Burger, minus the bleu

Shaniqua:  Bedda Chedda Bacon Burger with onion straws and sweet potato fries

Beaner:  Napa Burger (medium)

Seven:  Bleu Peppercorn

Spinderella:  Napa Burger w/ sweet potato fries & Turkey Burger w/ waffle fries (split with kt)

kt:  Napa Vally Burger (Mozarella, prosciutto ham, field greens, avocado spread, and sundried tomatoes on a grilled focaccia bun) with sweet potato fries AND a Turkey Burger with waffle fries.  Spinderella and I went halfsies.  Oh, and I also had my first bloody mary!

How would you describe your burger?

Master-of-Cow:  Delicious flavor and mixture of cheddar cheese, bacon and BBQ sauce.

3 Dees:  Fab!

Shaniqua:  Delicious!  Good BBQ sauce.  Good amount of bacon.  Lots of cheese.  Well made.

Beaner:  Delish!  Avocado spread and sundried tomato was great!  Sweet potato fries were perfect (crunch outside, soft inside).

Seven:  Overall very good, could use more bleu cheese and a little over done

Spinderella:  Turkey:  Sort of “processed”.  Napa:  Amazing!  Need to stay away from t-burgs!

kt:  Turkey:  bland.  Clearly I am a beef burger kinda gal.  Napa:  Great flavor!  I love when all of the toppings blend so well together to create the perfect bite!  I must say that the focaccia bun was a little too fluffy for me though.  The waffle fries and sweet potato fries were both amazingly delicious.

Master-of-Cow:  Great presentation of the food and condiments

3 Dees:  kt’s 1^st bloody!  And the outfits (*Beaner & kt participated in the Fun, Flirty, and Fabulous 5&5 before the BBBC)

Shaniqua:  It was where Master-of-Cow and I had our first date – aww!  The endless mimosa was amazing!  (*Shaniqua and Master-of-Cow are getting hitched in a few short months!!!) 

Beaner:  Lemon in the water was a nice touch!  Bloody Mary was great, perfect spices, the pickle was a nice touch too!

Seven:  kt & Beaner dressed like fairies (*some say fairies, I say GLORIOUS! Haha)

Spinderella:  Beaner & kt were decked out in pink!  So fun!

kt:  Sporting all pink with Beaner, and the fact that we have all turned into burger snob/connoisseurs, hehe.

What did you order?

BonBon:  Rigatoni & shared a burger

NB:  Yellowtail lettuce wraps & scallops  (*Scallops are at least round like a burger??? Haha)

3 Dees:  Pork tenderloin (*wtf 3 Dees???)

Fitz:  THE Truffle burger

Robin:  Truffles Burger

Lubster:  He chose not to answer this question, but he ordered the Truffles Burger

K-Ron:  Truffles Burger

kt:  The Truffles Burger (only one on the menu!) with delicious fries in a tiny bucket.

How would you describe your burger?

BonBon:  Very large!  Couldn’t eat in a bite, but it was good!

NB:  Yellowtail wraps and scallops were yummy!  (hmm… Burgers aren’t usually made of scallops NB!)

3 Dees:  Not a burger.

Fitz:  AMAZING!  Best burger on the BBBC tour thus far!!

Robin:  Beautiful

Lubster:  Pretty damn good

K-Ron:  Quite tastey!  Got the perfect bite the first time - - - not so easy to eat

kt:  The presentation was the best so far!  The meat was wonderful, but it was too tall to eat!

BonBon:  People were great!

NB:  Food was great.  Stories were great/interesting, especially 3 Dee’s picture in a Laker’s uniform!  (*3 Dees was channeling "Fletch" on a recent trip to LA.)

3 Dees:  My triumphant return to the BBBC

Fitz:  It was the most elegant join we’ve been to.  Lovely atmosphere.

Robin:  The cauliflower… enlightening (Just ask BonBon!)  Presentation… sa-weet!

Lubster:  LOSER “John Doe” was here.  (*Name has been changed for privacy purposes.)

K-Ron:  Presentation was lovely J

kt:  Robin’s first BBBC!  This was a very fancy BBBC meeting, and while it was not my first time eating here, it was my first time ordering their new burger!  Delicious!

What did you order?

Strawberri:  Lou burger & shrimp

Lubster:  Lou burger

kt:  Annie Gunn’s Burger (with cheddar, Bacon, Ketchup, mustard & pickles), seasoned fries, and a cup of their delicious potato soup!

How would you describe your burger?

Strawberri:  Thick, but a tad undercooked and the bun got soggy very quickly.

Lubster:  Good, service sucked. 

kt:  Delicious meat, but the bun was disgustingly soggy before I took my first bite. 

How delicious was it (1-10)?

Strawberri:  7

Strawberri:  I like all the quotes on the wall, and it was Baby H’s 1^st Burger Club!

Lubster:  Service Sucked.

kt:  Baby Hs first BBBC!  We were supposed to be visiting It’s a Better Burger, but apparently it was NOT a better burger, because they were closed, permanently!  Thanks a lot for keeping your website updated.  Boo.

What did you order?

Fitz:  Cheeseburger, hamburger, chili, onion rings, French fries, diet coke – This was a collective group order.

KP:  Diner burger with pickles, ketchup, and mustard Paleo Style!

MareBear:  Cheeseburger, fries, and onion rings.

kt:  Cheeseburger, chili, fries (Ore Ida), and diet Coke!

How would you describe your burger?

Fitz:  It was tasty.  I liked the crispiness on the outside edges of the burger.

9:  Good crisp bun.  It was a diner burger.  Just ok in my opinion. 

KP:  Classic diner – love them.

MareBear:  Basic diner burger, thin patty but very tasty.

kt:  Typical diner burger.  It had a fluffy bun, and thin, crisp patty.  The chili was bean-less, and surprisingly really good!

Fitz:  7.5

Was there anything memorable about the food and/or place?

Fitz:  It was my first visit to Clayton Diner.  kt treated us to a Groupon – thanks kt!

KP:  N/A

MareBear:  Fun conversations about Vegas.

kt:  I had a Groupon ($21 for 6 burgers, 6 fries or onion rings, and 3 large bowls of chili) that was about to expire, so we were able to put it to good use today!  Gipper got a new lunch box, and we talked about a glorious Vegas Vacation!

Shaniqua: Made my own Diner burger with 2 patties, American cheese, bacon, jalapenos and sauteed onions.

kt:  Bruschetta Burger (fresh mozzarella, grilled tomato & basil on a ciabatta bun with balsamic 

aioli), fries, and an iced tea (boo for no Diet Coke)!

How would you describe your burger?

Doug E. Fresh:  Soft bun, thick flavorful patty, grilled mush & onion

J-Bug:  It was good

NB:  No flavor, but the cole slaw was good & the guacamole made the burger better

3 Dees:  Sloppy & delish!

Shaniqua:  It was eaten in the car because it took a while to come out.  Because of that I didn't  have the chance to use condiments, i.e.  ketchup/mustard.  That caused the burger to be pretty dry.  The flavor of the bacon and onions was excellent but there were only 2 jalapenos (which is disappointing to this heat seeker).  The fries were good but would have been better if they didn't get soggy in the styrofoam container. 

RM:  Great flavor, bland meat

KP:  Steak and shake would be pissed, very delicious!

MareBear:  Very dry and flavorless.  Mushy. 

Beaner:  Very tasty, perfectly cooked, cheese was melted

Seven:  Loved the cheese, good pretzel bun, slightly over cooked.

kt:  Very hearty.  Great bun, fresh cheese, but needed more basil.  The balsamic aioli was delicious!

Shaniqua:  It was memorable because I had to eat it in my car.  But the nachos (Drunkie Nachos) were delicious and I enjoyed our (kt & Shaniqua) mall walk before.

RM:  Dead.

KP:  We were the only people in there.

MareBear:  Doug E. Fresh!!!

Beaner:  Fries were delicious!  Herbs & salt were a fantastic finish

Seven:  Good service, memorable art work

kt:  3 new BBBC guests (Doug E. Fresh, J-Bug & RM... although RM was hard at work and didn't sit with us!  It was also my first day with an iPhone (RIP little Nokia N95.  You will be missed).  Beaner taught me how to text a little emoticon of a burger!
