BAILEY’S RANGE NOTES:
3 Dees: Carolina Burger (Beef topped with smoked pork shoulder, house BBQ sauce, sweet & spicy slaw)
Fitz: PB&J Burger (Bison patty, arugula pesto, house tomato jam, goat cheese, arugula), and American Burger (Beef patty, Fried mac & cheese patty, bacon, house sauce, Sriracha mayo). Fries with Sriracha ketchup, chipolte ketchup, cheese sauce and "Rooster" sauce. The Rooster sauce was awesome!
Strawberri: Buffalo (Chicken patty with American cheese, bacon, chipotle mayo) and fries
Fitz: PB&J Burger (Bison patty, arugula pesto, house tomato jam, goat cheese, arugula), and American Burger (Beef patty, Fried mac & cheese patty, bacon, house sauce, Sriracha mayo). Fries with Sriracha ketchup, chipolte ketchup, cheese sauce and "Rooster" sauce. The Rooster sauce was awesome!

How would you describe your burger?
3 Dees: Very
good, temp was a little cool
Fitz: I liked the American better than the PB&J. American had a beef patty, mac n’ cheese patty, bacon & Sriracha ketchup (which I forgot to add). PB&J has a bison patty, arugula, tomato jam and goat cheese.
Strawberri: Burger was great. Bun was too big, but I am disappointed I didn’t get beef. Bacon was AMAZING. Not too hot, just right!
KRon: Guacamole, chipotle mayo, corn pico
kt: American was PHENOMENAL! The mac & cheese patty was out of this world! The PB&J Burger was
interesting,
but I am just not a fan of bison meat, and the tomato jam was a little too
sweet for my liking. I did love
the arugula though!
Bobcat: Bland

Eve
Fitz: Loved the “industrial” décor. It was the night before the election.
Strawberri: Loved drinking my water out of a jar
KRon: EXTREMELY tasty, guac + meat = delish J
kt: K-Ron finally got to attend a BBBC meeting! Hooray! Tomorrow is the big election! The décor was very cool and I loved the lofted seating area.
