What did you order?
KP: Bacon BBQ Bison Burger
MareBear: Bison with soft cheddar
kt: Bison burger (med rare) with soft cheddar,
pickles, ketchup and sweet potato fries
How would you
describe your burger?
KP: A1 Sauce & BBQ united into burger with
Parmesan cheese
MareBear: Healthy (aside from cheese) and healthy
tasting. Kind of bland, but I enjoyed
it.
kt: Not flavorful, big, dry bun, cheese was sort
of runny
How delicious was it
(1-10)?
KP: 9
MareBear: 7
kt: 6.5
Was there anything
memorable about the food and/or place?
KP: Bison burgers are cooked rare, hard to find
on Bison
MareBear: BonBon showed up!
*But she didn't eat!
kt: Slow waitresses, BonBon showed up and
informed us that this is the only place in STL where you can get Bison cooked rare because it is
a health issue. MareBear and I immediately
decided we were probably going to get food poisoning. Thanks BonBon.
