DRESSEL’S NOTES:

What did you order?
Kurt:  Dressel’s burger, chips
Fitz:  Dressel’s Burger with onion jam, aged cheddar, lettuce & onion.   Added mayo & ketchup on a Brioche bun.
9:  Dressel’s Burger with onion jam
Strawberri:  Dressel’s cheese burger, and pretzel bread appetizer
Lubster:  Dressel’s Burger
MareBear:  Dressel’s Burger with onion jelly
kt:  Dressel’s Burger (medium).  “Ridgley farms Missouri beef, aged cheddar, house pickles, brioche bun with home made chips, the pretzel with “rarebit” dip, and a diet Coke.

How would you describe your burger?
Kurt:  Juicy, looked good, and cooked good
Fitz:  The onion jam made it very unique to me, it added a sweetness to it that was unexpected.  The Brioche bun was unreal!  My taste profile prefers a more traditional cheeseburger, however I still enjoyed the burger.
9:  Perfectly cooked, bun was amazing, burger was delicious!
Strawberri:  Bun was flaky and very good.  Burger was thick and good.
Lubster:  Damn Good
MareBear:  Delicious!  I asked for it without the jam but I really liked it.  The cheese was melted perfectly!
kt:  Burger was thick and juicy, but the Brioche bun was phenomenal and it held together really well.

How delicious was it (1-10)?
Kurt:  7.5
Fitz:  7
9:  9
Strawberri:  Burger-8, Pretzel-7.5
Lubster:  7
MareBear:  8
kt:  7 (it would have only been a 6 if not for that delicious bun)

Was there anything memorable about the food and/or place?
Kurt:  Nice outside
Fitz:  The weather outside was amazing, so we got to sit outside.  There was a pesky bee! J
9:  Yes, the bun was Awesome!
Strawberri:  Patio was nice, inside was very dark.
Lubster:  Deviled eggs were wonderful
MareBear:  Gorgeous day!  Beautiful day on the patio!
kt:  Beautiful weather, sat outside.  The chips were great and Tabitha was super friendly!

Roughly how much was your order?
Kurt:  $8
Fitz:  $12
9:  $10 with beers, about $35
Strawberri:  $12 (split with kt)
Lubster:  $10?
